Ordering & Deliveries Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUMMER:

The studio closes for all of August each year, so all communications will be answered and orders generated, on our return in September.

Please do not order any time critical products during this time, such as paint and tools. Orders for furniture and workshops are not affected and these will be processed in September.

We are the official stockist for Frenchic paint for the Ashford and Folkestone areas of Kent UK.

We offer a variety of delivery options for all our items (including furniture and hardware), so if you are purchasing Frenchic paints, please ensure you read the options at checkout regarding our paint delivery service and select the applicable option.

We offer a next working day dropshipping service, which can be sent to your prefered address by overnight APC courier. This service is currently only available to stockists for both the Trim and Wall paints. Orders must be placed by 12pm and you must pay via the BACS or PAYPAL options in order for us to fulfil this service.

A delivery service via car is available within a five mile radius of the following two addresses:

Grace & Folk, Sandgate Road, Folkestone, Kent UK. CT20 1AL

Important: We dont post out our instore (in stock) paints. These are only available instore or via local delivery. Any items required for delivery over the five mile radius inclusion, will need to be sent direct from Frenchic, so orders must exceed £50. If you select ‘local car delivery’ and live greater than five miles from our shops then your order cannot be delivered. In this case you must select the ‘Deliver from HQ – excess of £50 needed’ option instead.
